Life of Chuck is easily one of the best movies I’ve seen this year. Mike Flanagan’s reverse-timeline Stephen King adaptation isn’t horror; it’s a charming, hopeful story about dreams and living in your imagination. With standout performances from Mark Hamill, Tom Hiddleston, and Jacob Tremblay, this is our generation’s Truman Show. While the unconventional structure won’t be for everyone, it’s the kind of movie that sticks with you long after the credits roll.
